About This Site

JacksonvilleDockBuilders.com connects dock owners with one local marine company. Below: the operator, the money, and the path a call or form takes.

Serving requests around Jacksonville and Northeast Florida

Calls are recorded for quality assurance.

The operator

CJP Services LLC, a Florida company, runs JacksonvilleDockBuilders.com as a referral service. It is not a contractor or a marine builder. Nobody at this site drives pilings, repairs docks, writes quotes, sets prices or puts work on a calendar.

Each call to the number shown here, and each form sent, is passed to one independent local company. That company visits your shoreline, quotes, prices and carries out the job. Your contract is with that company alone, and payment goes straight to them.

Where the money comes from

That company pays this site a fee for referrals. Dock owners pay this site nothing. Since the site earns when requests reach the company, it benefits from sending them, which is why the footer on every page discloses the arrangement.

Calling the number

A brief recorded notice plays before anything else: Calls are recorded for quality assurance. Right now, calls are answered by a message line. Give your name, a callback number and a line about the dock, lift or seawall, and expect a local company to phone you, usually the same business day.

Sending the form

Whatever you type goes to the company, and it may reply by phone, text or email. Nothing you send is sold, and you are not put on any marketing list. The privacy page spells out what is stored and the retention period.

Stopping calls, or a privacy question

Write to privacy@jacksonvilledockbuilders.com. Include your name plus the phone or email address you gave, and say whether you want contact to stop or have a question about your data.

Limits

  • No quotes, prices or bookings come from this site.
  • This site never builds, inspects or oversees dock work.
  • No outcome, timeline or cost is promised.
  • There are no reviews, star ratings or testimonials here.

Before signing, ask the marine company for its license and insurance details and who files each permit, and keep every promise in writing. It is a separate business, not part of this site.

The permit, tide and water pages

Those pages give general background. What applies to a particular dock turns on its size, design and exact spot on the water, and state, federal and local offices make that call.

Ready when you are
